This is the perfect snack when you are looking for something tasty but not completely unhealthy.
- Edamame (Cooked/Steamed)
- 1 Jalapeno
- 3-4 Fresh Cloves of Garlic
- Soy Sauce
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sesame Seeds (Optional)
- Soak the cooked edamame in water first. Cut garlic and jalapeño and heat pan.
- In a hot pan, add olive oil and cook garlic and jalapeño until lightly brown. Add in edamame, soy sauce and sriracha.
- Stirring and adding more sauces to taste, also sprinkle in sea salt. Top with sesame seeds and more sea salt. Enjoy!
