Do you hate winter? Same. I have put together some random things I have been loving and a few looks to throw together this winter. If there is anything you are loving right now, let me know! I am down for trying new things…books, restaurants, recipes; whatever it is lay it on me.

Let’s Talk Mac & Cheese
You are probably like wtf why, I am trying to lose weight and not eat carbs and dairy. Well, the reality of it is, we need to look at things long term instead of “trying to lose a couple lbs right now”. So my main objective is to EDUCATE, so you can make smart decisions in life to see overall health and long term weight loss. I want you to eat mac and cheese, I sure as hell am going to. That is why I am sharing my favorite brand with you! On rare occasions you will get cravings and thats okay, don’t deprive yourself. Just don’t eat this shit every day or even every week. My go-to brand is Annie’s Organic Mac & Cheese. IT IS INCREDIBLE. I use a little bit of butter and just a splash of water to mix things together (instead of milk because you guys know I am not about most dairy products and I especially hate milk). There are also grass-fed options which are even healthier than the completely organic. If you’ve never tried it, I am telling you, it is easy to make and not as bad as most boxed brands. We are making wise decisions to stay healthy and fit but not deprive ourselves!
Now that we have just discussed Mac & Cheese, let’s chat about my favorite health book of all time! Eat to Live by Doctor Joel Fuhrman is extremely informative and really sheds some light on the science behind what foods do to our bodies and the best way to nourish ourselves. Check it out people!!
